Custom & Personalised Orders

As many of our products are customised and made specifically for each order, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered once production has begun or the order has been completed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests can only be accommodated before production begins.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and work towards an appropriate resolution.
